Knowing all that you know now, what would you tell your young self that was new to ultras?
Take Salt tabs and/or a combo of salt tabs and Gu Gels 300mg sodium per
hour. Drink only water. Eat healthy..and “you have food allergies..stay
away from dairy and gluten 🙂 ” Be sure to look up The Simply Bar-Lemon

What piece of advice would you give to someone who is training for their first 100 miler?
Decide you are going to do it, then do it..regardless of anything that
happens. Be comfortable being uncomfortable. Things will go wrong-
prepare the best you can..and suck it up.
