Knowing all that you know now, what would you tell your young self that was new to ultras?
Do it for the love. Find inspiration in your training and the hills and mountains that you run and the rest will fall into place.
What piece of advice would you give to someone who is training for their first 100 miler?
Be consistent. Practice, but also find a good balance between stressing your mind and body with rest and recovery.
